Do I need to power rake my commercial property annually?
No, you do not need to power rake commercial lawns every year. Power raking is often used to prepare lawns for overseeding, but it is not necessary to maintain a healthy lawn. Dethatching rakes can be used for light thatch and general thatch maintenance. Power rakes are mower-like devices with rotating, rake-like tines that dig into thatch at the soil level and pull it up. If you have a large lawn with a thick layer of thatch, then power raking is recommended. Our services include dethatching if necessary. At customers request, we can power rake if there is a large build up of thatch.
What sort of equipment do you use?
At our commercial lawn company, we use the best equipment available to get the job done quickly and efficiently. We utilize a variety of high-end zero turn lawn mowers to ensure a clean cut, and we strive to use as much electric equipment as possible to reduce noise pollution and reduce our carbon footprint. We also use top-of-the-line tools, such as blowers and trimmers, to complete the job with precision. Our team is always up-to-date on the newest technology, so we can offer the best lawn care services in the area.
How often do I need to aerate my commercial property?
For commercial lawn mowing, you do not need to aerate your lawn every year. Areas that see high levels of traffic may need to be aerated annually, while normal turf areas typically only need aeration every 2-3 years. At our company, we believe that aeration should not be assumed to be included in every lawn mowing service, so we don't do it by default. Instead, we leave it up to the customer to determine if they would like to have their lawn aerated. This also allows us to provide better and more economic pricing for the needs of our customers.
How much do most lawn care companies charge?
Most lawn care companies charge based on the size of your commercial lawn. To get an accurate quote, click the “Get a Quote” button at the top of the page. The price also depends on the services you need – such as mowing, edging, trimming, and more. In short, the cost of commercial lawn mowing varies depending on the size of your property and the services you require.
What payment types do you offer?
We prefer pre-authorized payments (PAD) for commercial lawn mowing services, as this is the most efficient and secure method of payment for both parties. PAD payments are collected on a pre-arranged schedule, allowing you to easily manage your finances. Cheques are another common method our customers uses for our services. We accept payments from all major credit cards however, there is a service fee.
